Should a User wish to retain our Services or purchase Goods, we will collect at a minimum that User’s name, phone number, email address, home address, user name and password. PoliGen® Technologies amb. secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure by restricting the same using secure sockets layer (“SSL”) and other encryption together with vulnerability scanning, S-HTTP. Storage and transmission of collected metadata may or may not be encrypted depending on the use case. We protect your payment information using payment card industry (“PCI”) scanning and third-party payment protection services.

We offer a US-based service. Thus, your information will likely be transferred to and processed via servers located in the United States. Users who use our Services, visit our Web site, or purchase Goods may transfer their information to or from a country outside the United States or otherwise access our Services from abroad.
